After a 25 year career in the automotive industry which included overseeing the production of prototype vehicles for GM, The Detroit Auto Show and Pace cars fo the Indianapolis 500, and leaving as the VP of Sales & Marketing, TIm decided to change careers into Long Term Care overseeing, skilled nursing facilities as an Administrator and Regional Director of Operatioins. Tim served in the U.S. Air Force as a Sergeant in the Security Police in both the USA and Europe and attended both Cleary University and Michigan State University and earned his Master Automotive License and Nursing Home Administrator License.

Director of Marketing and Leasing
Heather Carle joined the Whitcomb in 2008 as Director of Sales and Marketing. Heather implements all aspects of the leasing process from initicial contact to moving the resident in. In addition to leasing Heather is responsible for the marketing and branding of the Whitcomb.
Heather is driven by her passion for making senior citizens comfortable and happy as well as for marketing, sales and social media. Heather has over 15 years of marketing and sales experiance and obtained her BS degree from Western Michigan University.
Director of Resident Care
Stephanie is a registered nurse and holds a bachelor's degree in the Science of nursing. She has over 20 years of experience ranging from acute care, homecare, to long-term care. Stephanie completed her associates from Kellogg Community College and her bacherlor's from Western Michigan University. In addition to a wealth of experience she brings a love and compassion for nursing and for people. Her compassion will not only benefit the residents but will also benefit the family of residents.

Director of Lifestyle
Heather joined the Whitcomb family in the spring of 2018 after 20 years in the hospitality industry at Lake Michigan College Mendel Center where she planned and organized social events and led a team of senior volunteers. She is looking forward to managing activities which engage the residents through socialization in order to make everyday their best day.
Director of Housekeeping, Laundry and First Impressions
Amy joined the Whitcomb 17 years ago. Amy absoutley loves the elderly and treats the residents like family. She is the Director of Housekeeping/Laundry and the Front Desk Manager.
Director Of Maintenance
James has been in the maintenance field for over 15 years. He has been at the Whitcomb in maintenance for 11 years and became the Director of Maintenance in 2017. James is dearly loved by many residents and puts all of the residents needs first.
Business Office Manager
Brenda has been with the Whitcomb since 2014 and feels right at home. She enjoys trying to make our residents stay a pleasant one. Whether its directing residents to meals, tracking residents whereabouts, creating maintenance requests, helping to calm any anxiety or fears a resident may have or just spending one on one time with residents.
